You are NOT creating subtitles from the audio (mp4 file)
You are NOT using premiere pro or any other software to generate subtitles.
The text file has the exact time stamps and words for each of the 470 entries.

I need this file saved of converted to a file that can be imported into Premiere Pro and will work as a file for subtitles.
This may be an SRT file or a txt or prtranscript.
NOTE: I have to be able to import it and it has to work in Premiere Pro.
Additionally, you will provide me details of how you did this so I can do it on future files.
