Media cost competitive analysis

We are a distributor of general merchandise (office products, education curriculum products, furniture) looking to benchmark or check the advertising rates we are charging our suppliers in two media: 1. a hard book annual catalogue of 600 pages going to 22,000 buyers and prospects, and an online catalogue with 10,000 regular users/buyers. Someone who was used to selling media or who has a history in merchandising would understand the value of these vehicles fairly easily. We are discouraging applications from anyone who is expecting to spend time researching the market to get the information, as we could do that. We just don't have the time/resources. As we are a Government organisation, applicants must be able to prove media sales experience in a broad range of media. That is, the information you give us must be credible and based on experienced not only in setting prices for media, but selling media at those prices).
