Omnichannel AI Agent Development

I need an all-in-one AI Agent that becomes the intelligent front line for my brand. Its primary function is exactly that—an AI Agent—capable of shifting seamlessly between customer support, sales and marketing conversations without feeling like three separate bots. The agent must live in three places at once: on my website chat, across our active social-media inboxes, and inside the CRM so every interaction is logged against the right contact record. Across those touchpoints it should 1) respond instantly to routine or complex inquiries, 2) nudge qualified visitors toward a purchase or demo to generate measurable sales leads, and 3) analyse every dialogue for intent, sentiment and conversion signals so I can refine campaigns in real time. I will provide brand voice guidelines, sample FAQs, product information and access credentials for the website widget, social-media APIs and CRM. You will architect, train and deploy the model (GPT-4, Rasa, Dialogflow, or a comparable framework you recommend), connect it to the existing tech stack, and set up dashboards so I can track engagement, lead quality and revenue attribution.
