Hands-on experience is MUST on AI Modules About the Role: We are looking for an Enablement Execution Lead to drive the on-ground training and adoption of AI-powered development tools across engineering teams. In this role, you will be the face of the AI-SDLC program, delivering hands-on training, engaging with engineers, and ensuring that learning translates into real-world adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between training design and actual usage. This is a high-impact, execution-focused role requiring strong facilitation skills, technical understanding, and the ability to manage diverse engineering audiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Training Delivery & Facilitation: Deliver live training sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs for engineering teams across all program waves (from awareness to advanced use cases). Run live lab sessions using tools like Windsurf, Claude Code, and Claude Chat. Manage session logistics, including setup and troubleshooting, and adapt delivery based on real-time feedback. 2. Champion Network Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for the change champion network. Conduct onboarding, regular check-ins, and coach champions to drive adoption within their teams while identifying new champions. 3. Adoption Support & Feedback: Track engagement and adoption trends post-training. Gather feedback, share insights or risks with program leadership, and capture success stories to support program communication. 4. Collaboration with L&D: Partner closely with the Client L&D team to co-create training plans, align on cohort scheduling, and support them in building internal training capabilities for long-term sustainability. 5. Content & Curriculum Support: Collaborate with the content team to refine training materials, test lab environments before delivery, and provide insights on learner challenges. 6. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain tracking for attendance, completion, and performance. Share regular updates and support the final handover and documentation transition to L&D teams.
