I have an AI-generated render of a proposed library and now need a comprehensive Bill of Quantities with an accompanying cost sheet so I can move the concept toward tender. The space is organised into two core zones—Reading Area and Study Rooms—so please structure the BOQ around those. For furniture, I’m only after basic, generic categories (e.g., “standard reading tables and chairs” rather than model-by-model specifications). Concentrate your itemisation effort on the civil, architectural, electrical and finishing works; the furniture block can stay high level. Flooring throughout is to be Tile, so every relevant quantity and rate should reflect that finish.
