Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Distribution Specialist to spearhead the introduction and distribution of our revolutionary IAQ improvement product within the Marine and Oil & Gas sectors in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing our product's presence, create need, identifying potential sub-distributors, and fostering strategic partnerships to expand our market reach. Responsibilities: • Research, identify, and target potential clients within the Marine and Oil & Gas sectors in the GCC region to introduce Gelair's IAQ improvement product. • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate the market, increase product adoption, and achieve sales targets. • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, engineers, facility managers, and procurement personnel within targeted industries. • Provide if needed technical expertise and support to clients by conducting presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions on Gelair products. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials, sales pitches, and promotional strategies tailored to the specific needs of the target sectors. • Identify, evaluate, and select potential sub-distributors and manage relationships to ensure effective distribution of Gelair products. • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to recommend adjustments to the product strategy and positioning. • Prepare regular reports and updates on market insights, sales performance, and distribution activities to management. Qualifications: • experience in technical product distribution, business development, or sales within the Marine and/or Oil & Gas sectors in the GCC region. • Proven track record of successfully introducing technical products, preferably in HVAC or environmental solutions, to industrial clients. • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, air quality improvement technologies, and their applications within Marine and Oil & Gas industries. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in English is required.
