I have a personal portfolio site that i bought a theme and plugged in my content..
I would like to insert a basic wordpress into the gallery but would like when u hover over the image it reacts the same way the featured image on the page does.
when the mouse hovers over the image thumbnails it zooms a little bit and puts a vignette. then once you click the image it opens in a shadow box/ fancy box thing within the page.
I would like to be able to navigate through the gallery using keypad and clicking the left or right side of the image. when u hit escape the fancy box should disappear and be back at the post where the thumbnails are.
I would like my own plugin built for this or just some backend code that i will never have to worry about the next time i post a gallery i just want it to automaticaly act like the way i described.
here is a sample page where the feature image does a fancybox/ shadowbox thing but when u select a thumbnail from the gallery it is redirecting to a new page. I have tried the jquery for native wordpress galleries and dont like the look of it. this must be clean as possible.
