Web based Proxy conversion -- 2

Hi,

I am providing a service to clients in which we purchase a subscription of some expensive websites and then we share it via a web proxy, for example, lets say we purchase a subscription of a website (that costs $99) and then we share it on our website via web based proxy and then when the user logged-in to our website he will be able to use the original website on our website via web based proxy service.

Requirements:

1- I need a modified proxy (or custom) script which can be used for advanced websites which uses Ajax, jquery and other advance scripts

2- We need to convert approx 80 to 90 websites (we will treat each website as a module and we will pay for it as a separate project)

3- Cookies must be stored on our server and not at the user's end otherwise users will be able to steal cookies and resell our services

5 - We can connect our web based proxy with other 3rd party proxies

Example (like this - we can configure 3rd party proxies and cookie files)

5- We will be able to block urls (like profile page API pages of different websites)

6- we will be able to hide CSS of some areas.

7- In the future we might limit the number of visits or searches (will treat as a module and pay separately)

8- websites will be run on sub domains (like [login to view URL] will run on proxy using [login to view URL])
