AWS and Oracle how to configure SMTP to send emails, domain and redirect

Environment on AWS:
CentOS - Linux/UNIX
Oracle APEX 19.2 and Oracle DB XE 18c with ORDS 19.2 on CentOS 7
CentOS 7 - for smtp configuration(recommended)
Done:
Allow port 25 by AWS support.
SMTP requirements:
I would like to send emails from my domain [login to view URL] which will be not a SPAM. Task will be finished when send email from Oracle APEX/database.
Mails sending should be safe, there will be sending user password
It should be work in Poland
You should prepare manual how I can do it by myself on fresh environment
Application domain requirements:
Configure apache/tomcat/ords(I dont know what) to rewrite on another address. When I populate in web toolbar [login to view URL] then I should be redirect to application 100. Default is 4550(mopinio/ords/f?p=100:1::::::).
It should be easy, I need manual/movie how do it.
It is not possible to partially complete the task(only 100% is done). The completion of work is when I configure the environments myself based on the provided film / instructions.
