AWS port open help for self hosted mail server (Mailcow)

I installed Mailcow on AWS EC2 instance.
AWS blocks port 25 initially and it requires to submit some form format.
I submitted form multi times but I couldn't find the reason.
A candidate must have experience in self=hosted mail server installation on AWS EC2 instance.
