We wish to design an iPhone App and Android for food, drink , ordering , delivery or pickup , payment - no applications only website

We'll partner with a local restaurant to deliver the product / allow it to be picked up . For back-end shops partnership should see the order received from the mobile and deliver. They can also register their menus .
The user interface will store the customer's credit card and the card will be provided to the merchant to run on its side . We require this extremely secure processing server side and on the business side .
Management that allows restaurants to manually add and remove or add to their menus Panel .
The goal is to design beautiful and friendly app , we will discuss in detail later.
