Android App Tool - Call Monitoring

Job Description:
Hi,
We have a small sales team of 6 people. We provide them company android phone devices so they can make calls and chat with the customers.
We are requiring an android app so we can install in the company devices, with the required consent of course, so the apps will help us to monitor how many calls the sale team made, which customers were contact, calls logs, call recordings, etc.
Since we don't want to ask every time for the devices, we need the app to sync automatically with any cloud service like OneDrive, Google Drive, Firebase, etc. so the manager can access the data and make the requerid reports and required monitoring. UI or Interface doesn't need to be very fancy since this app will be used for internal purposes.
We believe the app should have the following functionality:
1. Lock Pin Screen when open: This way only authorized employees can only open the app once it is installed.
2. Record all call and call logs (historic) then sync to a cloud (Google Drive, OneDrive, Firebase or any suggested) service so managers can access the data through the cloud service.
3. If possible, we would like to record and log all WhatsApp calls since many employees use it to call customers too. WhatsApp message is not required but i would be very nice. However, I understand this might be a little hard. Let us know if it might possible anyways.
So basically, we need an app so the manager can monitor each person from the sales team, if they are calling the customers, duration of the calls, listen the recordings if needed, export the log calls (Made,lost,Not answered, etc.) of each device independently. All of these, just for improving the sales team by helping them to be focus and finding ways to improve our speech and purpose value to our customers.
