Android List Printing App

West Australian I.T. Support company established 1999. A client of ours requires an Android App for a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 device running Android 9. The app requirements are:
Display a list of 1 word items with checkboxes that enable the selection of any of those items
Print those selected items directly to a label printer across a wifi network.
The print task should be automatic once pressing a Print Labels button without needing futher user input or print dialog screens.
The labels are fixed dimensions on a roll
The labels need to have no more than 3 of the selected items per label.
Print task will print on as many labels as required to print the full list of selected items.
The displayed items and check boxes need to be large for easy of reading and selection by staff
No history of selections is required
The ability to modify/update the list of selectable items would be prefered - text file or csv source file
Ability to clear all selected items so a new list can be made.
Access to print hardware for testing can be discussed
Project going forward is subject to client approval
