Android Studio - Improve my little project

I need to do some really easy things for a android developer:
- disable (color the text inside the button to "grey") a button after pushing another one
- close or hide logically activities or the whole app
- generate a IntentService, which is polling every 10 seconds a website (internal IP address) from a webserver
- If website of the server is reachable (online), give an acoustic/vibration alert (dependent of the sound settings of the phone)
- If website is not reachable, poll / request the webserver again every 10 seconds (like write above).
I would prefer that you will work directly with remote access (TeamViewer) on my PC in Android Studio.
