App Locker

I want to build a Applocker for android

Below are the following features needed

1. Allow to lock apps and unlock via fingerprint and custom quiz(app would allow to add questions and answers in a new window which would be used to unlock apps)

2. Automatically add new downloaded app to lock list

3. give facility to manually configure which apps to be added and removed

4. App should be efficient and should not drain the battery of the phone

5. The applocker should be uninstall protected by fingerprint or quiz

6. push updates

7. Internationalisation

I have no problem if a developer uses already developed opensource applocker like [login to view URL] , but in this case would want the developer to customize the opensource app as per the above requirement.

Also I would want the developer to make me go through the code so I too understand what is happening and where
