Build me andriod app

Hi,
We require an Andriod app to be able to
a) login into our system (mariadb)
b) get employee details and customer details
c) allow the employee to scan or input the order number
d) upload max 20 images for order via the app (upload on google storage bucket)
e) allow to go back and see what was uploaded.
We need the system so we can take photos of the items we are selling. Customers complain that the item was damaged or wrong after delivery.
