Build me an Android app for my Store

I want an app where I can add products for sale and here's a twist.

I want 2 things to sign up as a buyer and sign up as a seller.

The buyer's account will be the same as other apps where people can buy things. And whenever someone signs up as a seller, they will be given a random voucher number. Now if anyone makes a purchase by entering this voucher number then whoever has the voucher number will also get as much profit as I want. I want to decide the profit when I am putting the item.
