Build me an app for android and ios
Budget $30-250 AUD
I would like to have an app my workers can use to log details and actions whilst on site.
The app would have a lot of separate fields in two sections
These sections would be for health and safety actions at the start of the job, most being tick boxes identifying complete or incomplete, the second section requires boxes to enter numeric values in
All fields have to be completed and then a report detailing all results needs to be emailed to a nominated email address
I am unsure how this works but would like (if possible) for the app to be located on my office PC or in the cloud and accessed as required on a job by job basis from the workers mobile phone
There would be approximately 40 filds in the first section and around 60 fields in the second, all fields must be complete before the worker can sign it and email it to me
