Build two mobile apps (both android and ios)

We need two apps: App for students and App for tutors.
App for students: When a student open the app, they should get all the tutor details like their name and professional bio with a button named "Get a free demo". and once they click on that, the login/sign up page should [login to view URL] login/sign up must collect the details of the student. Once they sign up/login and once they click on "Get a free demo" of that particular tutor, they will have to get this message on the app, "Thank you for booking a free demo, your tutor will contact you soon". Like that they can apply for unlimited tutors. And once they apply for 1 tutor, that booking details should be displayed on the students dashboard.
App for tutors: Login/sign up page should appear first. Once they login/sign up, our membership plans must be visible to them if they are new, for existing tutors who already have membership plan, their dashboard must appear. The student who has booked a free demo of the tutor, his details must appear, like the student name and phone number, with a heading: "Your student". with a message: "Aneesh has book a demo session of your private tuiton.
We must get the authority to upload student details to an individual tutor's account manually also. We need all the control over the apps by the end of the project.
App design should match our logo. The freelancer must start the two apps from scratch.
