Create small feature with drag-drop text for Android

Job Description:
Please make a small app from scratch:
1) Make static list with words 3-5
2) Make static textview with some text
3) As a user I can drag word from list and drop it in the textview between needed words in any spot. The sequence of the words in text can not be broken
4) While we dragging the word in textView the word on left side and right side need to spread the space so user can see where the word from the list drops. Or any animation can be used here
5) After user drop the word from list it must be removed from the list
I am an android developer so I know how it works and can help if needed.
