I want a document collection and storage software where admin can create new users and request files and application forms to be created and stored. Users are sent an invite to complete the application form, e-sign and also submit documents. This is cloud based and requires to be secure.
Similar software on the market is FileInvite. It does exactly what we want it to do but there’s something missing, time controlled documents. Our users are submitting documents that expire within one year or less, therefore, reminders need to be sent close to document expiry dates to upload new updated documents.
