Job Description:
I have a database of the GPS locations of rest areas along interstate highways. I want to target the people within a mile or two of these. Specifically over the road truckers with newsfeed advertising. They do not have street addresses. I see there is a way to enter in the GPS addresses using the Meta Business API. I have ZERO idea how to build that interface...I need someone who can do that for me?
