fix my android application

I have a photo editing android application but so far it does not send to the database. I need to fix this feature ASAP. I also need to add one editing feature for this app, save it to the database and the phone gallery. A possible extra feature is that the location of when the photo was sent to the database needs to be sent to the database.
my android application is supposed to:
1) edit photos
2)save it to PHP database and photo gallery
3)send location to database
