Flutter browser/video grabber with download manager

Hi,
I am looking for a new flutter app to be developed. I want a browser with video grabbing + downloading to be made. Similar to [login to view URL]
So the app should be able to sniff the video that plays in the browser and download. The app should include all the common features which a normal browser has and in this app too (check out the above app completely. All the features in it should be included). Also need additional features like in-browser adblock/popup block, in-app purchases, dark mode.
The ui and look and feel of the app you can be same. Monetization logic like features like a timer feature where users can use paid features like browser adblock/popup block for a limited time this at a cost of a rewarded video. They can watch the reward ad again if they want to use the feature again.
