So the process is:
customer buys a QR code and saves all the info in the database entry. QR code gets engraved on a collar for example. And if the dog gets lost somebody finding him will scan the QR code.
So it will redirect the founder to the webpage for example: [login to view URL]
So there is the button send my location(in the red section). Upon the click, the founder's GPS coordinates will be sent to the dog's owner via SMS. We did some coding already and it works only for Android. but there are some issues on iOS devices. It does not parse ok. That is why we are seeking help.
owner's data is stored in database entry: email and phone number, let's say he is from Slovenia.
founder's location is for example Berlin, Germany. When the founder presses the button 'send my location' the owner (which is in Slovenia) gets an SMS of the founder's exact location by Google Maps coordinates.
If there is an easier solution via email, or push notification instead of SMS go for it.
