Job Description:
We need a RTSP server apk for new android tablets.
RSTP Server App Requirements:
- camera software must start and run on boot
- only the front facing camera is needed
- RTSP TCP server needs to start on every boot
- Tablets will use sim cards with static IPv4 address
- Motion detection: The app needs to start streaming when motion is detected
- App needs to power run and stream on boot
- App needs to run in the background
We are streaming from tables on cell data so we want to keep this as simple as possible. no extra features needed. We however, want as many stream quality data flow, bit rate, frame rate, etc.... settings as possible so we can play with it and get the minimum quality needed to avoid lag time to the RTSP player.
