Looking for an existing ordering app (Single store)

Hey,
I'm looking for an existing ordering app (Single Store) that could fits to vary of stores - like food, supermarket, products store etc... ONLY EXISTING APP, NOT SOMETHING FROM SCRATCH!!!
It should be a very simple one - login ---> categories ---> products with picture and price ---> choosing the product and if needed the weight of the product ---> adding to cart ---> filling details ---> checkout and payments.
The app should be in Hebrew language, iOS, Android and web admin panel. we must control on all app through admin panel so it must be dynamic. including, colors, banners, content and everything!
Please bid only if you have this kind of app ready, as I don't want any development from scratch. It must be cheap and that work should be only to fits the app to my needs.
* I will need the option to duplicate the app for another stores in the future.
