MVP ReactNative app for iOS and Android

We need a ReactNative based (iOS and Android) app for which the designs are already in place. It’s an MVP version of our new startup. So, the feature scope is limited.
The APIs are completely built and have a kickarse team to support any/all changes required.
Deadline: 10th December to have it all tested and ready to GoLive.
Scope:
• Splash screen (well, ?)
• Login with phone number (one screen to enter phone number, another to enter OTP). Resend OTP button.
• After successfully logging-in, show the wallet-balance
• Open a browser-page to add more wallet balance (yes, for v1, don’t intend to integrate ApplePay or GooglePay)
• The app-icon should be visible in the share widget of the phone, when SHARE icon is clicked. Call an API when our icon is clicked from the share-widget.
• And yeah, the world famous logout ?
As a part of your proposal, please share the following:
• Your estimated cost. It’s okay to have it change after our detailed conversation. We ain’t too picky.
• Samples of the MVP applications you/your-team have developed.
• Your team size. We wouldn’t mind if you are a solo-player, size doesn’t really matter.
