This application will become the foundation for a new enterprise I am in the process of starting. The application must feature photo filtering as well as the ability to easily upload, edit, store and share photos with others via social media. It should also include user management features, such as the ability to securely store login credentials and give users the ability to control the level of access they have to the application. I am looking for a developer who can be creative and create a visually appealing, fun and engaging application that users will enjoy using.
