I have a rather simple app I wrote in Eclipse about 2 years ago that ran perfectly on Android using Open-CV, actually Java-CV (another library built on OpenCV). I want you to port this project to Unity, including the conversion of about 6000 lines of java code (collected in a single script) to c# and re-building the layout in Unity to match the few (7) xml files (make sure they adapt to screen size). I've purchased 'OpenCV plus Unity' and 'OpenCV# for Unity' assets and I can provide them for you, so I think you'll find all the commands there corresponding to the ones I used in JavaCV, but the paramaters may use different logic here and there which you'll have to figure out. All the image processing functions I've implemented work in both live camera view and in images or videos loaded by the user. These functions include face detection in camera view, facial landmark tracking, real-time color adjustments using colormatrix (eg. saturation, brightness, red level, etc), overlaying virtual effects relative to detected face. The project was last tested on a device in 2016.
The ported project must reproduce the behavior and layout of the original, must run in Unity 2017 or later (ideally 2017.2.0f3) and must build and run on the latest Android devices.
