Hello,
We are in search of a seasoned app developer who has a pre-existing, comprehensive delivery and storage management solution, adaptable to our business needs. The solution should be equipped to handle advanced features for efficient pickup and delivery, as well as parcel storage for our business clients. The key components we require are:
Dispatcher Dashboard: A web-based dashboard for managing and tracking deliveries in real time, with updates on delivery status, driver locations, and route optimization capabilities.
Delivery Driver App: A mobile app compatible with iOS and Android platforms, enabling delivery drivers to receive details, update delivery status (picked up, in transit, delivered), and navigate using geolocation services.
Parcel Storage Management: The solution should have a feature to manage the storage of parcels, tracking the storage location, duration, and the status of stored packages.
Business Client Interface: A user-friendly web interface allowing businesses to create, manage delivery requests, and monitor their package storage status. This should also support automatic request generation via API integration.
Customer-Facing App: A mobile app compatible with iOS and Android, letting customers track their deliveries in real time, view driver's location, estimated delivery time, and receive status updates notifications.
Required Skills:
Experience in mobile and web application development (iOS, Android, and web platforms).
Backend development skills (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby).
Extensive experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Solid experience with geolocation APIs.
Understanding of UX/UI best practices.
Prior experience with delivery and storage apps or similar platforms that can be customized quickly will be highly advantageous.
