Full stack web developer: Angular/React, Backend (PHP/NodeJS).
Working with git.
Steps:
1) Website
Frontend:
Angular/React (last version) website with bootstrap design (maybe with pre-made template)
2) Download Manager Software
Take an open-source download manager with license that agrees to make commercial profits from it,
then change the name & logo of the download manager, and modify it so it can only be used with the license code purchased from the website.
** Also important that the name & logo will be dynamic, so it can be easily changed.
Make sure to follow the license terms. For example, if you take XDM [login to view URL]
it's licensed under CC BY 4.0

so you can give credit in "About"
All projects (frontend & backend & download manager software) must be stored in a git,
and has to have clear instructions of how to modify things mentioned before (name, logo, etc).
