I am looking for a freelancer to build an end-to-end responsive website using Angular 13, HTML5, CSS3, ES6, and Typescript. I have a general idea of what I want the website to look like, but I need help with the design. The primary purpose of the website is to provide educational information to visitors. I require contact forms to be included on the website. The ideal candidate will have experience with Angular 13, HTML5, CSS3, ES6, and Typescript, as well as a strong design background to help create a visually appealing website.

Blogs which will be mostly combination of text and images
Uploading of study materials so that students can download them
Option to share Youtube links for videos
Light Theme, Dark Theme
It should have a Responsive Design adjusting itself on mobile devices
Option to capture visitor's phone number and email id
The overall design should be scalable
Prefer option of google analytics and feedback
Security and Performance aspects should be taken care
Landing page should not have entire page content and should be broken into components
SCSS should be used in place of CSS
