animation creation for device promotion

I have to create an animation (I thought around 30 seconds) to promote the use of a device. It is about showing how the use of the device works. It is a wearable tag that reads some parameters of the person.

Based on these parameters, a concentrator receives the data and sends it to a central server.

If the parameters reveal that something is wrong, an operator is alerted via an app on a smartphone. The operator intervenes and then deactivates the alarm. the system records in what times the problem was solved
