Create short animation / motion graphics video

Job Description:
I have some 2D illustrations / graphics (ai and photoshop) that I want to bring to life into a 25-30 second animation / showreel to be used on my website. The elements will be quite simple, no complex animation and anyone with good skills in aftereffects should be able to do quite well. Attached is a screenshot of the projects that will be used to give you an idea of the scope of work. These are subject to change, but the style will be the same (just simple animations on each frame, and then transition to the next one). I will storyboard everything for you, with clear instructions, so you will just need to make the motion happen and render out at 1920x1080 (no sound).
Milestones as follows:
20% upfront
40% midpoint (12-15 seconds of completed footage)
40% completion and handover of final vid
Ideally looking for a bid around $100
