Design me a comic book

I am looking for a comic book animator to bring my comic to life. I have a full 23 page script which I expect to be 50-70 pages of animation. Please quote for the below work
Plot:
The plot is centred around Maya, a small, mixed race teenager. She and her multi-ethnic group of friends endure common but stressful experiences of racially offensive slurs and comments by her fellow classmates.
However it reaches boiling point when a particular group of bullies torment Maya to the point where she loses consciousness in anger. She wakes up 300 years ago. The stress has unlocked a piece of her genetic code which enables her to travel backwards in time to relive her ancestor's experiences.
She wakes up as Cecil Fatiman. Cecil Fatiman was a slave in the 1700s on the island of Haiti. Maya observes Cecil's actions as she sparks a revolution which freed the africans enslaved on the island of Haiti.
Maya then comes to from her "seizure" and uses what she has learnt to battle her bullies and educate her friends on the greatness which they have come from.
I intend to launch on 50+ page graphic novel before branching into follow up 24 page comic books as the plot progresses. There will be more work in the pipeline
