2D handwriting animation

Need someone to make a short 2D animation, up to 5 seconds long.
The animation would look like manually printing my text (the name of my channel), and then a stamp with a certain inscription comes over it.
You will get a text from me - the name of the channel and what should be written on the seal.
It would be nice if you could make the background look like old paper. The font would be of your choice. Also, I want the animation to have sound (handwriting and stamp).
