VFX / Animation - Red Glowing Triangle to materialize / appear behind floating character

Greetings, Looking for a VFX artist to create an eye-catching VFX red glowing triangle, to appear behind our lead character for one of the last shots in our indie short horror film.
What I'm hoping for is that the triangle glitches as it's materializing/forming, before it rests in its final position behind her.
Open to cool and creative ideas as well as long as it is incorporated into a floating red glowing triangle.
Attached is a (Very crude) screenshot of the actual frame in the film where the VFX will be added.
The triangle must be the same or similar size as the example photo.
The thickness of the triangle can be further discussed.
This is a very small short film passion project, I have around $50-100 total.
4K deliverable of the single-shot upon completion
The total duration of the "Plate" shot is 9-10 seconds.
The total duration of the "VFX" would be half that length.
I'm hoping the VFX triangle finishes materializing on cue as soon as the second character's eyes glow red.
Looking for a 2-3 day turnaround.
