We are looking for a Customer Service Representative taking care of our customers and help with complaints and questions, give customers information about our products and processes, follow-up on orders and shipments and process returns.
You like to be there for people and can respond empathically to them. It is important for you to find the best possible solution for the customer and the company you work for. You proactively inform your manager about important topics or things you have noticed and support her in constantly optimizing and documenting the existing processes.
We already have a running support process on Reamaze, we have added some extra Amazon EU marketplaces for which we need someone who can answer in their local language. Ideally the candidate can answer emails in EN, DE, FR, ES or IT (in order of decreasing importance). The candidate must at least be able to answer in EN plus 2 of further listed languages.
We are a very human team and communicate in an open and friendly manner with our customers - no "business-lingo".
