i2 Programmer Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements/processes and system integration points to determine appropriate technology solutions.
Design, code, test and document applications based on system and user requirements.
Plans, conducts, and leads assignments generally involving large, high budget (cross-functional) projects or more than one project.
Initiates major changes in methodology or programming procedures.
Individual will assist in orienting, training, assigning, checking the work of, and imparting technical expertise to, lower level employees.
Individual is expected to establish organization-wide relationships and will serve as a technical consultant to managers, including functional user groups.
To be considered, candidates need to have **strong development skills and experience with i2 products, configuration and modeling**, WebMethods products, knowledge of XSLT, XPATH, XML, SOAP, Web Services, and specific experience with Microsoft .NET. Also, a solid foundation in the following languages: HTML, ASP, VBScript/JScript, Visual Basic, Java, and/or C# is desirable.
Candidates must have working knowledge of relational databases, including SQL and Oracle platform experience. A strong knowledge of development and version control in Microsoft Visual Studio, VSS, and Harvest are also required.
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline required as well as 8+ years of professional experience (8 years directly related to I/T or functional area) or equivalent combination of education / experience.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
