How to configure tomcat to use normal subdomains and not ports

Need someone to configure tomcat to use normal subdomains and not ports on a windows 2008 machine for multiple installations of atlassian confluence CMS running on tomcat.

We need to point the IP/Port address below to friendly subdomains e.g. the IP address here [url removed, login to view] needs to be pointed to this following friendly domain: [url removed, login to view]

Each domain/confluence instance we have is setup on its own tomcat instance and we need someone who has tomcat experience to configure each tomcat instance to have its own subdomain.

We have several clients who have firewalls that do not allow non-standard ports e.g. 8093 etc and this is blocking the confluence instances that we setup for them.

Skills: Apache, Windows Server
