Need a dev ops for small job and possibly for future work

I am looking for a skilled dev ops to assist me with a small project and potentially work on future projects together. The ideal candidate should have experience in server configuration and be able to complete the project quickly. Ongoing maintenance is not required.
Key requirements for the project include:
- During a server migration the admin console (an angular app) was not migrated. This project is to setup the angular application.
- There is no change to the app. The work involves just updating the apache/server configuration to get the application working
- Server Configuration: The dev ops should be able to set up an angular application.
- Timely Completion: The project should be completed in 24-48 hrs.
- Communication: The dev ops should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with me throughout the project.
- Problem Solving: The dev ops should have strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during server configuration.
