I have a great app idea, It is a specific thing and will be share with the chosen Freelancer. I need assistance in building it. I have all the data for the app in Microsoft access. I am needing to know if you can build it from the access database? I want the customer to answer 10 questions about the item in question. then I want the database to select the item based on the 10 questions and show them a photo of their item. I will also want Hyperlinks to websites based on the location of the item. I believe this will be a great money making app. I just need a APP professional to make it happen. I am not sure how much to charge so if I am too low please let me know.
