App that publishes stories (free and for sale uses paypal without paying or upgrading an account (simular to ebay), supports novel type stories, can put in info of the story, multiple pictures, links, music, voice recordings, stuff like that, can view the book, export and import it, and that works on Android (smartphones and tablets of any kind), maps, and pc's

We'll use github for coding since it's free (and cheap for private projects)
And amazon, facebook, and google developer to release the downloads (already have a facebook page and amazon and fb deliviper)
I don't have anything more then this idea to start

The plan is to use free sorces for making a demo and eventually the app (but I'm willing to put in $100 extra a month for assets if needed) I'll do any drag and drop type designing since I can't code)
