My Copilot agent publishes without any errors or delay warnings, yet none of our users can see it inside either Copilot or Microsoft Teams. Because the problem affects every user, I’m confident this is a configuration or deployment gap rather than an individual-profile issue. I have already: • Re-deployed the agent several times. • Verified user and app permissions in Teams and the Microsoft 365 admin center. • Read through Microsoft’s support documentation and known-issue articles. Even after these steps, the agent still refuses to surface. I worked through part of the Copilot Studio configuration wizard, but I’m not convinced every setting (particularly channel enablement, security roles, and app manifest details) is correct. I’d like an expert who knows Copilot Studio, Teams App Studio/Developer Portal, Azure AD permissions, and compliance policies to audit the current setup, correct whatever is blocking visibility, and walk me through the exact changes so I can reproduce them in the future. Deliverables 1. Live, discoverable agent appearing for all users in Copilot and Microsoft Teams. 2. Written summary (step-by-step) of configuration changes made and why they resolved the issue. 3. Quick hand-off call or screen share to confirm everything is functioning as expected. Acceptance is met when any standard user in my tenant can open Teams, search for the agent, and interact with it without admin intervention.
