Arduino to Arduino project

I have a small project where I need to pass information between two arduino Uno's V3 to move standard RC servos or sense if water has been detected.

The two Uno's will be 50 meters apart........... So not sure the best way to handle the serial communication. Rx / TX to TX / RX or a pair of MAX232 chips?

Need Sketch for Uno #1 and Uno #2.

10K ohm rheostat input (1) on Arduino #1 to control servo output on one of the PWM outputs of Arduino Uno #2 - camera_tilt

10K ohm rheostat input (2) on Arduino #1 to control servo output on one of the PWM outputs of Arduino Uno #2 - camera_pan

10K ohm rheostat input (3) on Arduino #1 to control servo output on one of the PWM outputs of Arduino Uno #2 - LED_1

10K ohm rheostat input (4) on Arduino #1 to control servo output on one of the PWM outputs of Arduino Uno #2 - LED_2

10K ohm rheostat input (5) on Arduino #1 to control servo output on one of the PWM outputs of Arduino Uno #2 - claw _motor

10K ohm rheostat input (6) on Arduino #1 to control servo output on one of the PWM outputs of Arduino Uno #2 – laterial_motor

If Flood_Sensor_1 = HIGH on Arduino #2 then illuminate LED_1 on Arduino #1

If Flood_Sensor_2 = HIGH on Arduino #2 then illuminate LED_2 on Arduino #1

If switch_1 (digital input) is set to HIGH on Arduino #1 then blink LED on Arduino # 2 ( 80ms ON, 80 ms OFF, 80ms ON, 1000ms OFF) - beacon

If switch_2 (digital input) is set to HIGH on Arduino #1 then turn an OUTPUT on Arduino # 2 to HIGH – camera_ focus_in

If switch_3 (digital input) is set to HIGH on Arduino #1 then turn an OUTPUT on Arduino # 2 to HIGH – camera_ focus_out

If switch_4 (digital input) is set to HIGH on Arduino #1 then turn an OUTPUT on Arduino # 2 to HIGH – camera _power

If switch_5 (digital input) is set to HIGH on Arduino #1 then turn an OUTPUT on Arduino # 2 to HIGH – camera _zoom _in

If switch_6 (digital input) is set to HIGH on Arduino #1 then turn an OUTPUT on Arduino # 2 to HIGH – camera _zoom _out

If switch_7 (digital input) is set to HIGH on Arduino #1 then turn an OUTPUT on Arduino # 2 to HIGH – spare
