Arduino Two Codes Project Merging

We are looking for merging the code of the following two projects to one:
1). Bi-Directional Visitor Counter using single ultrasonic sensor with LCD.
2). Contactless IR Temperature Sensor MLX 90614.
The first main project components are:
- Arduino UNO.
- LCD display.
- I2C.
- Ultrasonic sensor.
- Breadboard.
- Jumper wire.
The Second main project components are:
- Arduino UNO.
