Hi, I can do this for you. From what I understood from the project description, you need a shield for the Arduino Micro dev board, containing the MAX7456 chip, a 3V3 voltage regulator and a few other components. I'm not sure about the solder terminations, you just want some pads where you can solder wires? What about the U3 and U4 connectors, can you please send me the datasheet? Also please send the datasheet for U3 connector. For this one, I would suggest using some PCB jumpers (selectable using solder joints) to also be able to connect the MAX lines to the GPIOs of the Arduino (may be helpful in some development scenarios). I have ~9 years of experience in Electronics and ~7 years in PCB/IC Layout and adjacent activities like EMC/ESD, cost optimization, manufacturing, thermal management and so on. I usually work with Altium Designer, but I can use any other tool if you really need it. Thanks.

Hello, I can design and deliver Arduino shield according to your description. There are several completed PCB projects on my profile page. My proposal is for two assembled PCBs including postage to Denmark. It looks like MAX7456 chip is not available through online catalogs (like Mouse, Farnell, TME etc) but it can be sourced from eBay and similar sites delivered from China. This as well as PCB that would be produced in China adds to completion time as it would take at least 20 days or more until I get those parts.
