I email 1/4ly an electronic newsletter to 1500 Biotechnology/early "start up high technology"/ emerging technologies contacts (e.g Clean tech,energy renewable,human based Biotechnology, Diagnostics,Health Management, Research & development companies - in essence where all companies are taking a ideas through to commercially viable products/services.) All "click throughs" to the article or other parts of the newsletter (E.G. section on a range of Candidates looking for positions) are recorded.
In this newsletter, I require a HR article ,<1000 words on a subject that would appeal to these sectors. Past e.g.s are
(1) Performance Management (2) Work-Life Balance (3) Team Dynamics (4) Leadership (5) Handling stress at work (6) Employee attraction and Retention (7) Organisational Change (10) Job Design and Classification (11) Training and Development (12) Recruitment & Selection. Obviously, there is a requirement for 4 articles per year with a possibility of increased frequency.
