Music News/Reviews - Unique ($4 Per Story) X10 to start with ($40) possibly regular

Ideally, I'm looking for someone who is involved with the music scene, or is an enthusiast. Somebody who can add a decent news angle and in some cases put their own review or spin on artists. This could be new music reviews, gigs, new songs, albums, videos etc.
I'm happy to leave the artist and topic to the writer, so this could be a fun job too, if you are a music enthusiast.
I'm pretty flexible on who you cover, so I will leave that to the writer. I tend to focus on the up-and-coming names, rather than the hugely popular ones. Or perhaps more lesser-known or older names.
Musicians that have a good following and ones that would appreciate the write-up or review are the ones I like to target. Also, musicians that may respond on social networks and share the love.
Apart from that, I would leave the writer to decide the rest.
To start with I would like to try 10 and see how we go on. If it works out I'm glad to carry on.
